6 years agoSan Antonio Spurs shooting guard/small forward DeMar DeRozan shot 12-for-24 from the field en route to a 30-point outing in a loss against the Charlotte Hornets on Tuesday. His effort marks the 13th time this season that DeRozan has reached the 30-point plateau, but just the second in the month of March. He padded his stat line by adding eight rebounds and four assists, all without logging a turnover across 40 minutes of work. He faces the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday for the first time since the franchise knocked him out of the playoffs last season.--Jesse Borek
