5 years agoSan Antonio Spurs guard DeMar DeRozan poured in 36 points with nine rebounds, nine assists, one triple, and one steal in a 134-121 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies. DeRozan has been playing some of the best ball of his career over the last few weeks, averaging 27.2 points, 6.1 made free throws, 5.7 assists, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.0 steals per game on 65.3 percent shooting from the field as well as 88 percent shooting from the charity stripe. The efficiency has been off the charts and has fantasy owners drooling. DeRozan will return once again to the city he played in for nine seasons when the Spurs take on the Raptors on Sunday evening.--Tim Capurso
