5 years agoSan Antonio Spurs shooting guard DeMar DeRozan scored 21 points as the team ended an eight-game slide on Saturday night against the Knicks. It was a very solid performance by DeRozan, who shot 8-for-14 from the field and 5-for-5 at the line. He also had nine rebounds, four assists and one block with four turnovers. The Spurs have struggled this season, but DeRozan looks capable of dropping 20-plus points on any given night even with his eyes closed. He is shooting 53 percent from the floor this season, averaging 22.1 points. The next matchup against the Lakers is a difficult one, though. They have limited shooting guards to below 40 percent shooting this season and DeRozan had only 14 points against them in the first matchup of the season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
