7 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard DeMar DeRozan didn't play well Game One, Saturday against the Washington Wizards. DeRozan scored 17 points going 6-for-17 from the field and 3-for-4 from the charity stripe. Also in the contest, DeRozan had six assists and two boards. Saturday's outing was well below DeRozan's season averages of 23 points, 5.2 assists, 3.9 rebounds. The Wizards have a very average defensive rating of 106.2 which is 15th best in the league. Game Two of the series is Tuesday, with the suboptimal performance of DeRozan and the Wizards defensive rating expect a bounce-back outing from him.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
