6 years agoSan Antonio Spurs shooting guard DeMar DeRozan has been a little inconsistent over the past week-and-a-half. While his scoring has been up-and-down recently, he is still doling out dimes at an unprecedented level for him. The 29-year-old is coming off a 28-point, eight-assist and seven-rebound performance in Saturday's loss to the Rockets. It was his sixth straight double-figure scoring performance, but just the third time he has topped the 20-point plateau. However, the 10th-year vet has now dished out six or more assists in five of the last six games and eight of nine. DeRozan, who is still rebounding the ball well, will look to be more consistent and efficient going forward starting with Wednesday's game against the Nuggets. Denver has been one of the best at limiting opposing shooting guards, but it has been a different story recently with Gary Harris (hip) out.--Daniel Benjamin
