Dennis Schroder Logs Team-High 24 Points In Near Double-Double

4 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point/shooting guard Dennis Schroder has found his shooting groove from behind the arc during the month of January, a fact that was reinforced during Wednesday’s win over the Sacramento Kings. Schroder dropped a game-high 24 points on 8-for-13 shooting, finishing 3-for-5 from behind the three-point line. He came just an assist shy of a double-double, also adding four rebounds across his 30 minutes. In 16 outings this month, he has shot 46.7 percent from long range, his highest single month percentage since Feb. 2015. He looks to wrap a bow around his strong January on Friday when he faces a Suns defense that he got for 24 points in their most recent meeting Dec. 20.--Jesse Borek
