Dennis Schroder Ties Season High With 31-Point Outing
5 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point/shooting guard Dennis Schroder helped key a second-half comeback for his squad, tying his season high with 31 points in Wednesday’s win over the Memphis Grizzlies. Schroder shot 10-for-19 from the field overall, setting new season highs from the free-throw stripe with 10 makes on 11 attempts. He was also the team’s leading assist man across his 32 minutes, dishing out seven assists in addition to snatching three rebounds. Over his last 10 games, Schroder has averaged north of 31 minutes on a nightly basis and scored at least 17 points in each outing, an excellent run that has him playing his best ball in years.
