Dennis Smith Jr. Continues To Improve
4 years agoDetroit Pistons point guard Dennis Smith Jr. scored 17 points on 7-for-13 shooting in Friday's loss to the Kings. He also added six assists and one rebound while shooting 2-for-5 from deep. Smith blocked a shot as well. This makes three games in a row with Smith scoring in double figures. Out of the rotation and forgotten in New York, the trade to the Pistons has rejuvenated the still-young player. At 9-24 on the year, the Pistons might as well just keep running Smith out there to see if he can be a valuable part of their rebuild. It's time to get him onto your fantasy rosters.
