6 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. is looking at be sidelined for Wednesday’s meeting with the Phoenix Suns due to a back injury. Things could change at the last minute, but it’s likely Smith Jr. will be in street clothes, which could mean increased run and DFS potential for J.J. Barea, Devin Harris and Jalen Brunson. Should Smith Jr.'s status as out be confirmed, his next chance to suit up would come Friday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.--Jesse Borek
