7 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. cooled off on Wednesday against the Houston Rockets, shooting only 3-for-11 and settling for just 11 points in 30 minutes. He had averaged over 20 points per game in the previous four outings and was a disappointment for fantasy owners and the team as well. Smith added six assists, but he also recorded four turnovers and with him struggling, the Mavs couldn't keep it close, being especially bad in the third quarter.
