The 2017 No. 9 overall pick has bounced around since entering the league. He last played in Portland in 2021-22, where he averaged 5.6 points, 3.6 assists, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.2 steals. There's a good chance he will find a new home. However, if Smith lands a contract, he'll likely be a deep bench piece, meaning he won't have any fantasy value.
