4 years agoChicago Bulls forward Denzel Valentine surprisingly has been extended a $4.7 million qualifying offer. That means, Valentine is a restricted free agent, so the Bulls can match any offers that he receives. It is quite odd the Bulls extended this offer since Valentine has not had a significant role on the team. Although, the Bulls have a new head coach and some changes in the front office.
