Derrick Favors Continues Solid Play
6 years agoUtah Jazz power forward Derrick Favors scored 10 points, grabbed eight rebounds while adding one assist, one steal as well as a block in Saturday night's victory over the Celtics. He made four of six shots from the field, but he was just two of six from the foul line. It was the ninth time in the past 10 games that he has posted a game-score of 10 or better, which is considered average. The 6-foot-10 big man, who is shooting 66.7 percent from the field in November, has scored in double figures in nine of his last 10 contests. The 27-year-old has also hauled in at least four boards in each game during this span. Favors, who has a low ceiling in part due to his limited minutes, is a must-start in deeper leagues as well as a borderline must-own in standard leagues.
