6 years agoUtah Jazz power forward/center Derrick Favors continues to excel as of late as the big man recorded a season-high 25 points in the win over the Pelicans on Wednesday. Favors was an efficient 9-for-11 from the floor and added five rebounds and two blocks with a steal and he even kicked in a make from three. Rudy Gobert and Favors dominated in the interior on the offensive end as they combined for 19 of 23 shooting from the floor as the Pelicans had no answer for the duo. Favors looks to be primed for a strong rest-of-season outlook and if he is still on your waiver wire, grab him.--Gianni Costantiello
