5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans forward Derrick Favors recorded 15 points, 14 rebounds, four blocks, and two assists in a 123-113 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. It's Favors' third straight double-double and his eighth of the year. The 28-year-old has been on a tear in his last seven games, with 10.4 points and 13.1 rebounds per game. If he's somehow still on the waiver wire, certainly grab him. Favors and the Pelicans will get a Saturday night matchup with the Kings, who have allowed the fifth-fewest rebounds per game in the NBA.--Tim Capurso
