5 years agoDetroit Pistons point guard Derrick Rose produced his first 20-plus point game of the month in Tuesday's loss to Denver, finishing exactly on 20 with 6-for-14 shooting from the field. Rose went 1-for-3 from three-point range, adding five assists and two steals. Rose's month was ruined by trade rumors and some health issues, but he seems to be back in form now, and after Reggie Jackson got waived, there's very little competition in Detroit for minutes at the point guard spot. Rose can pick up some further momentum on Friday in a favorable matchup against the Suns, who are giving up over 24 points per 48 minutes to opposing point guards this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
