4 years agoThe New York Knicks acquired guard Derrick Rose on Sunday from the Pistons. In exchange, guard Dennis Smith Jr. will head to Detroit along with a 2021 second-round pick (via Charlotte). The veteran will be landing in the Big Apple for the second time in his career, having been a member of the Knicks during the 2017 campaign. Rose averaged 14.2 points throughout 15 games this season but may see a noticeable increase in minutes under his former Bulls and Timberwolves head coach, Tom Thibodeau.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
