Derrick Rose Keeps It Going With 27 Points
5 years agoDetroit Pistons guard Derrick Rose kept his hot start to the season alive on Thursday as he racked up 27 points in the 17-point loss to the Hawks. Rose was efficient as he made 11 of 16 shots from the floor and handed out three assists with three turnovers in just 25 minutes of action. Some positives here are that it is great to see Rose play 27 and 25 minutes on back-to-back nights and he also has poured in 45 points in those two games. The negatives, he is doing this with Blake Griffin (hamstring) out and Reggie Jackson (back) a bit banged up. Either way, the veteran needs to be owned in all formats.
