Derrick Rose Scores 16 Points In 18 Minutes
6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point/shooting guard Derrick Rose has made a living scoring in spurts this season and he was back at it during Wednesday’s win over the San Antonio Spurs. Rose finished with 16 points in just 18 minutes, finishing 6-for-8 from the field, including 4-for-5 from deep. Aside from leaving a game earlier in the season due to injury, this was by far Rose’s lowest minutes total of the year, but that can be attributed to the Timberwolves running away and hiding with this one. The Rose renaissance continues Saturday against the Boston Celtics, whom he is averaging 20.7 points per game against for his career.
