6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard Derrick Rose turned back the clock as he lit up the Utah Jazz for a career-high 50 points and helped secure the three-point win on Wednesday. Rose connected on 19 of his 31 shot attempts from the floor and knocked in four from downtown while adding six assists with four rebounds to go along with two steals and a block. Rose scored in vintage fashion as he regularly attacked Rudy Gobert with acrobatic layups and pull-ups and even made some brilliant shots down the stretch to secure the win. Rose got the start with Jeff Teague (knee contusion) out, but we should see Rose continue his spike in usage for the time being until Teague returns.--Gianni Costantiello
