6 years agoThe Detroit Pistons have selected Miami guard Bruce Brown Jr. with the 42nd pick in the NBA Draft. Brown struggles as a shooter, but he can take the ball to the basket and excels as the passer in pick-and-roll situations. His abilities on the defensive end could help him crack the Pistons guard rotation, but the most likely scenario involves Brown spending time in the G-League until Ish Smith hits free agency next summer. If he's able to become a more dynamic scorer by then, he'll have a ton of fantasy upside in the 2019-2020 season, but his value right now is low and doesn't project to get much higher.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
