Devin Booker Has His First 30-Point Game Of The Season
5 years agoPhoenix Suns guard Devin Booker carried his team to an impressive 130-122 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night. On the second night of a back-to-back, Booker was able to record his first 30-point game of the 2019-20 season after being held to 40 points total in his first two games. The fifth-year guard also contributed to the win with eight assists and six rebounds while shooting 50% from the field, 50% from three-point land and 87.5% from the free-throw line. Booker had gotten off to an atypical slow start for fantasy owners this year, but this should be the game that gets him back on track for the rest of the season. The Suns are a Gary Harris block from being 3-0, and Booker is just getting warmed up. His Week 2 schedule against the back courts of Utah, Golden State and Memphis should allow him to build on this breakout game and really get going for the 2019-20 fantasy basketball season.
