5 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman only saw six snaps and one carry in the team's last preseason game against the Jets, but Thursday's game against the Redskins should be different. Freeman is coming off knee, groin and sports hernia surgery and only played in two games last year. Falcons head coach Dan Quinn discussed the importance of getting Freeman some game action this week, so look for Freeman to be heavily featured early on in Thursday's game before giving way to backups Ito Smith and Qadree Ollison.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
