7 years agoNew York Yankees shortstop Didi Gregorius (heel) hit in the cages on Tuesday and took ground balls as well. He is set to do work in the weight room and could run on the field on Wednesday. Gregorius could return as soon as Sept. 3. He's been great for his fantasy owners this year with a .270/.333/.482 slash line, 22 home runs, 74 RBI, 76 runs scored and 10 stolen bases.
