5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies shooting guard Dillon Brooks bounced back superbly from Wednesday's six-point dud, finishing Friday's 125-112 win over Detroit with 27 points on 7-for-15 shooting. He was perfect at the line with nine attempts and missed only once with five attempts from three-point range. Brooks also managed to grab three rebounds and one steal in 29 minutes of action. The third-year guard has looked very good this month, averaging close to 21 points per game with 47 percent shooting from downtown. He's also had a couple of tough outings where he's finished with fewer than 10 points, but it shouldn't happen in the next game against the Suns, who have been among Brooks' favorite opponents this season.
