3 years agoMemphis Grizzlies shooting guard/small forward Dillon Brooks (ankle) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Knicks, but he is expected to make his return to action during the team's upcoming road trip, which begins Sunday. Brooks has averaged a career-high 18.4 PPG across his 21 appearances this season, which have been bookended by injuries. Brooks' eventual reintegration to the offense makes an already formidable unit even more difficult to defend, as the Grizzlies enter play Friday ranked third in the league at 114.2 PPG. Whether Brooks rejoins the starting five or becomes a vital offensive cog off the bench, he stands to have sizable fantasy appeal once he eventually gets the green light to suit up.--Jesse Borek
