7 years agoDallas Mavericks power forward Dirk Nowitzki was up to his old tricks again on Friday against Chicago, torturing the opposition with three-balls. He shot 5-for-8 from downtown on his way to recording 18 points in 27 minutes. Nowitzki also had six rebounds and a couple of blocks. The Mavs have all the reasons to rest Nowitzki for the rest of the way, but he's missed only one game so far and has said that he wants to finish the season strong. He's been very good in limited minutes and keeps getting better and better in some categories. For example, he's averaged 1.2 blocks since the start of February.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
