7 years agoDallas Mavericks power forward/center Dirk Nowitzki missed his first game of the season on Sunday against the Rockets, but he returned to the lineup on Tuesday and scored 12 points on 4-for-10 shooting. The Mavericks legend also grabbed six rebounds and passed for three assists. Despite Dallas struggling this year, there's not much of a chance that the team reduces Nowitzki's playing time, as the German big man has done so much for the franchise over the past two decades that he's earned a role on the team for as long as he wants it.
