7 years agoDallas Mavericks power forward Dirk Nowitzki scored 21 points on 8-for-12 shooting on Saturday night as the Mavericks fell to the Portland Trail Blazers. It's been an uneven season for the veteran big man, but Saturday's game was a reminder that Nowitzki can still shoot the ball effectively. In addition, Dirk added four rebounds and a steal to go along with a pair of blocks. It's hard to trust Nowitzki as a fantasy option at this point, but his ability to go off for games like this one gives him value still in season-long formats, though he may be too volatile to play in DFS.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
