6 years agoIndiana Pacers power forward/center Domantas Sabonis had an efficient night off the bench in the team’s win over the Miami Heat on Friday. In 24 minutes of play, Sabonis finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds, giving him his second consecutive double-double and fifth of the season. He finished 6-for-7 from the field, adding an assist and a block. While center Myles Turner was on the floor for the closing stretch of the game, Sabonis has shown his value, even though he entered the night seventh on the team in minutes per game. He’ll square off with the Houston Rockets on Sunday, whom he dropped 17 points and eight rebounds on earlier in the week.--Jesse Borek
