5 years agoIndiana Pacers power forward/center Domantas Sabonis will miss Friday’s game versus the Chicago Bulls due to left knee soreness. Sabonis was a late scratch, with his lineup likely to pave the way for Doug McDermott to see an increased role off the bench. Indiana will also be missing Malcolm Brogdon, leaving the team’s traditional regulars to also see an uptick in usage. Sabonis’ absence marks his third of the season and first since Nov. 5. His next chance at getting back onto the floor comes Monday against Philadelphia.--Jesse Borek
