Domantas Sabonis Ties Season High With 29 Points

4 years agoIndiana Pacers power forward/center Domantas Sabonis was virtually unstoppable during Wednesday’s win over the Minnesota Timberwolves, compiling a season-high-tying 29 points on 13-for-17 shooting, while collecting 13 rebounds to record his fifth consecutive double-double. In addition to the scoring and domination on the glass, he also pitched in six assists, raising his average to 4.3 on a nightly basis this season. Indiana’s star big man has firmly entrenched himself in the All-Star conversation, ranking fifth in the league in rebounds per contest (13.1), while also being on pace for a new career-best in scoring (18.1). He carries his elite fantasy production into a rematch with the Timberwolves on Friday.--Jesse Borek
