5 years agoUtah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell tallied 20 points, nine assists, four rebounds, a triple, a block, and a steal in a 114-107 win over the Charlotte Hornets. Mitchell's nine assists are a season-high and a benefit of handling the ball more in the absence of guard Mike Conley (hamstring). The 23-year-old has been on a tear in the painted area and the mid-range, shooting 70.1 percent from inside the arc in his previous four games. Fantasy owners should continue to be pleased with Mitchell going forward, as he attempts the fifth-most shots per game in the league and should enjoy more assist-making opportunities so long as Conley is out of the lineup.--Tim Capurso
