4 years agoUtah Jazz shooting guard Donovan Mitchell scored a team-high 32 points in Friday's 131-118 win over Milwaukee in which the Jazz broke a franchise record with 25 made triples. Mitchell went 4-for-9 from downtown and there were a total of five Utah players with at least four makes from outside, which is a first in the NBA. Mitchell shot 12-for-24 overall from the field and his line included seven assists, five rebounds, and one block. Mitchell has been quiet this season, with his shooting efficiency below 40 percent, but he has now produced two 30-point outbursts in the past three games. He gets another chance to shine on Sunday against the Pistons, who are in the bottom third in defensive efficiency and who are allowing shooting guards to hit 48.3 percent of their shots against them.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
