7 years agoUtah Jazz shooting guard Donovan Mitchell scored 22 points on 7-for-15 shooting in Friday's win over the Memphis Grizzlies. Mitchell recorded four assists, three rebounds, and a steal as well. Mitchell has scored 20 or more points in eight straight games; over that stretch, the rookie is attempting 22.8 shots per game and scoring 25.1 points per night. There are some bad signs -- a 26.5 percent mark from three, a 69 percent mark from the free throw line -- but Mitchell is getting a good volume of shots and is making baskets. He'll look to continue this on Sunday against Minnesota, a team that allows the second highest field goal percentage and 13th most points per games to opponents.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
