4 years agoUtah Jazz point/shooting guard Donovan Mitchell racked up 23 shot attempts during Saturday's loss to the Timberwolves, but just six found the bottom of the basket. Mitchell's night was saved by his work around the floor, as he ultimately packed the stat sheet with 21 points, five assists, three steals, two rebounds, and two blocks. While the performance itself was tantalizing due to the output that he could have delivered, season-long fantasy managers should be encouraged by Mitchell's early-season aggressiveness. The unquestioned No. 1 option offensively for the Jazz, Mitchell has carte blanche to create, and has a strong supporting cast that will allow him to seamlessly up his assist totals. Expect him to continue seeing a considerable workload Monday against the Thunder.--Jesse Borek
