4 years agoUtah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell scored 28 points with four triples, three assists, two rebounds, and a block in a 96-86 win over Detroit. Mitchell started slow with his shooting but has righted the ship in January, as he's averaged slightly more points per game than December, with an increase in field goal percentage from 34.1 to 44.9 percent. It seems like any buy-low opportunities on Mitchell are now closed. The 24-year-old will get a tough test in his next matchup against the Cavaliers, a stout defensive team to start the season, though managers should be confident given Mitchell's recent performances.--Tim Capurso
