5 years agoThe Oakland Raiders have parted ways with veteran running back Doug Martin after reaching an injury settlement. The team placed the 30-year-old on the IR last week with a shoulder issue but have ultimately decided to move on with Deandre Washington playing well enough in the preseason to handle the backup role. Martin could latch on to another squad midseason, but likely won't hold much fantasy value unless he takes over a starting role somewhere. Washington remains a handcuff and has no standalone value unless Josh Jacobs were to go down with an injury.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
