7 years agoDallas Mavericks forward/center Dwight Powell had another good night as a starter on Thursday, logging 31 minutes and finishing with 18 points. Powell, who's started four straight games, shot 7-for-9 and made all four free throws. He picked up a couple of steals as well in the 121-103 loss. Powell has averaged 29.8 minutes as a starter, shooting 76 percent from the floor and getting 12.5 points per game with eight rebounds. These are really solid numbers, though as a big man, you'd expect him to get more than 0.3 blocks per game.
