6 years agoMiami Heat shooting guard Dwyane Wade collected a team-high 24 points during Friday’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, finishing 8-for-16 from the floor in his role as bench ace. He had the ball in his hands with the clock approaching zeros, but was unable to knock down the game-winner, muddling Miami’s path to the postseason. He also added three rebounds and three assists Friday and owners can expect him to continue logging as much output as possible over what could be the final three games of his career. He next faces the Toronto Raptors on Sunday, whom he dropped 35 points against earlier this season.--Jesse Borek
