6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Elfrid Payton (hand) will undergo surgery to repair his fractured left pinky and is expected to miss six weeks. Payton is scheduled to have the surgery on Tuesday, so he should be back in January. There is not enough value here to warrant stashing Payton in fantasy leagues. Wesley Johnson should remain in the starting lineup, while Jrue Holiday runs the offense.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
