6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Elfrid Payton put together a full line on Friday when his undermanned Pelicans lost at home to the Toronto Raptors. Payton connected on 5-for-9 shooting to score 13 points while tallying six assists with six rebounds and he also chipped in a steal with a make from three in 29 minutes of action. Payton did hurt his hand in the first half, but the results came back negative, which is positive. Payton will have the ball in his hands a lot more over the next week to 10 days with Jrue Holiday (abdominal) out and he should be owned in all formats.--Gianni Costantiello
