5 years agoUtah Jazz point guard Emmanuel Mudiay will miss his first contest of the season Sunday against the Los Angeles Clippers due to left hamstring tightness. Mudiay has settled into his role as the team’s backup point guard, although he retains fantasy value in only the deepest formats due to his capped minutes. Without him suiting up Sunday, expect Mike Conley and Donovan Mitchell to dominate the majority of ball-handling duties, even as they’re likely to be dogged by the Clippers’ stingy defensive unit. Mudiay’s next chance to take the floor comes Wednesday against Philadelphia.--Jesse Borek
