5 years agoMilwaukee Bucks guard Eric Bledsoe had 28 points, three rebounds, seven assists, and one steal during 35 minutes of play in the 140-131 loss to the Suns on Sunday. It shouldn't have been shocking that the veteran had a great statistical night because with stud Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) out, guys needed to step up. Bledsoe was one of them, scoring over 20 points for the first time in nearly two weeks. Giannis isn't expected to be out long, so the Kentucky product will not be afforded the time to blossom into a fantasy superstar. Though the 30-year-old scored in single digits in three of the previous five games before Sunday, he will get at least one more game to shine. Fortunately, that comes on Monday against a Nuggets team that ranks middle-of-the-pack defensively in field goal percentage allowed.--Rishi Patel - RotoBaller
