7 years agoHouston Rockets shooting guard Eric Gordon logged 33 minutes Sunday against the Phoenix Suns but didn't do much, getting just 13 points on 3-for-9 shooting. After going 4-for-7 from downtown in the previous two games, Gordon shot the three-ball badly, making only two of eight attempts. He recently had a streak of 16 consecutive three-balls missed, so January performances have been all but pretty from him. However, the Rockets face two bad defensive teams next week in Orlando and Cleveland, which could help Gordon get going again, and as a very streaky shooter, he might end up having a nice run next month.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
