Eric Gordon Continues Efficient Play
7 years agoHouston Rockets guard Eric Gordon continues to thrive in the absence of guard James Harden (hamstring). Gordon played 33 minutes in the 121-112 win over the Portland Trail Blazers and scored 30 points. He was an effective 11-for-23 from the field and was relatively accurate from deep, finishing the night going 5-for-12. He also pulled down five boards and threw in a block to round out his productive offensive performance. Gordon continues to take advantage of life without Harden and has seen an increase in production across the board. He won't put up 30 points every night but is currently the solidified number two weapon for the Rockets until Harden returns, which may not be anytime soon.
