Eric Gordon Has 20 Points In Return From Injury
5 years agoHouston Rockets guard Eric Gordon returned to the court for the first time since undergoing knee surgery and had a useful fantasy night against New Orleans. In his first game action since Nov. 11, Gordon had 20 points, three assists and one rebound in 22 minutes. He shot 50% from the field and hit four of his seven three-point attempts. It was an unusual situation for Gordon, as he was thrust back into the starting lineup because the Rockets were missing James Harden and Russell Westbrook on Sunday night. If they return soon, fantasy managers should expect Houston to monitor and limit Gordon's minutes as he works his way back from the injury that forced him to miss a month and a half of the season.
