7 years agoHouston Rockets shooting Guard Eric Gordon enjoyed his 26th start of the season, as he led the team in scoring on Thursday against the Detroit Pistons, netting 22 points on 8-for-19 shooting, going 3-for-9 from behind the arc. He also had five assists and two steals in 42 minutes on the floor in the overtime win. Chris Paul (rest) is expected to return in the next game, but it's the first of a back-to-back set, so Gordon could still have a productive weekend. The Rockets have the first seed in the Western Conference pretty much locked up, which means that key players, including James Harden, will be getting off days from now on and Gordon will be the beneficiary of that.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
