Eric Gordon Rejoins Starting Lineup Wednesday
4 years agoHouston Rockets shooting guard/small forward Eric Gordon has been bumped up to the starting five for Wednesday's contest against the Thunder without John Wall (Achilles) in the mix. Gordon dropped 25 points on OKC in just 22 minutes Monday, an indication of the upside that he carries due to his long-range marksmanship. Even as his playing time has decreased with Wall back in the mix, Gordon has gone for at least 20 points in six of his last eight games and holds considerable DFS upside without Wall on the floor. His lack of multi-category contributions make him a finicky season-long candidate, but those fantasy managers who are willing to ride his hot hand from behind the arc can see him as an above-average waiver wire addition.
