6 years agoHouston Rockets shooting guard Eric Gordon will continue his absence during Monday’s contest versus the Denver Nuggets due to right knee soreness. Gordon will now have missed four consecutive games, with Austin Rivers likely continuing to be the biggest beneficiary of the sharpshooter’s absence. Being ruled out over a day in advance likely doesn’t bode well for Gordon’s prospects of returning to action in the immediate future, but his next chance will come Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks.--Jesse Borek
